免烤箱零失败草莓奶酪蛋糕

配料

  • 消化饼干biscuit (125克)
  • 奶油奶酪creamycheese (90克)
  • 淡奶油freshcream (50克)
  • 黄油butter (15克)
  • 草莓strawberry (4~6个)

做法步骤

STEP1、材料合影里忘了淡奶油Aboveisapictureofalltheingredientswiththeexceptionoffreshcream.饼干用什么饼干都行,我用的是黄油饼干,很教程用奥利奥。饼干是酥脆的就可以。Anybiscuitisfinetouseonceitcanbegroundintoanappropriatebase.OnthisoccasionIusedPureButterShortbread.Orioisgenerallythebiscuitofchoiceforthisrecipe.

STEP2、我们来做蛋糕底模:把饼干碾碎(可以放在保鲜袋里用擀面杖压),黄油融化,拌到饼干里。放到模具里压实。放到冰箱里冷藏。Let'smakethecakebasefirst:Crushthebiscuitintotinypieces,mixthemeltbutterwithit,compressitinthecakemould.Putitinthefridgeforapprox30minutes.

STEP3、现在做蛋糕部分。草莓用搅拌机打成泥。Crushthestrawberriesintheblender.

STEP4、隔水加热奶油奶酪。搅拌至顺滑。倒入草莓泥。Toheatthecreamycheese,placethecheeseinabowl,positionthisbowl,inapotofboilingwater,giveitastir.Now,pourthestrawberryshakeintothemeltedcheese.

STEP5、淡奶油打发。我买的是已经打发好的淡奶油,直接和草莓奶酪液混合。Beatthefreshcream.Iusedthewhippedcream,sojustputitintothestrawberrycheesemixture,giveitastir.吉利丁片泡冷水,软化后放到碗里,隔水融化。PutGelatineinthecoldwaterunititsoftens.putthesoftgelatineinthebowlandbringittotheboiluntilsuchpointthatitmelts.吉利丁液倒入蛋糕液中,搅拌均匀。Mixthestrawberriescheesewiththegelatine.

STEP6、所有液体倒入冷藏好的饼干底模中。Pourthestrawberrycheeseontopofthebiscuitbase.放入冰箱冷藏,大概一小时。Puritinthefridgefor1hour.

STEP7、现在做装饰:冷藏一小时后的蛋糕拿出来,放一些草莓在上面。苏打水里加一点吉利丁液,倒在蛋糕上。然后放到冰箱里冷藏,大概三个小时。又到了艰难的等待时间,等到太阳都没了,天都黑了Let'smakesomedecorations:Putsomestrawberriesonthetopofthecake.putgelatineliquidintosparklingwater,thenpouritonthecake.putitinthefridgefor3hours.
